Where detailed veterinary work is required on your pet, we will undertake to advise you (where possible) of various treatment options and the associated costs before proceeding with any treatment or procedure. Please be aware that we do not give quotes for treatments – the best we can give you is an estimate. If the final fee is likely to be significantly higher than our original estimate, we will endeavour to contact you before proceeding. If your pet is hospitalised, we will give you a daily update on your current account.

Payment of your Account

As a small business, we cannot offer credit. We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal cheques. We can offer VetPay for approved clients. See http://www.vetpay.com.au/ for more details. This can be done on-line at the Hospital, please allow sufficient time for our staff to process your application.  Vetpay require the application to be made prior to treatment.

We are open six days a week for consultation by appointment.  Please call our friendly staff to schedule your appointment. There is car parking with easy access to the hospital, however, if you do need assistance with getting into the hospital, please let us know.
